Please make a TL;DR (too long; didn't read) version. :D

Too much water i guess?

If you want a indepth review, read the long version, if you just want the game summed up in less than 100 words, just read the verdict.

Oh, I didn't see that. Thanks. ;)

Hyping up games should be illegal in a way that, if they are overhyped and don't live up to the hype and people vote that it's not as good as it's meant to be.....the game should no longer be legally sold ANYWHERE.

#ideas4better.

Too much crappy water?

I'll buy the game when it's 19 dollars. I found Blacklist a couple of months ago for that price in Walmart, the same should go for Watch Dogs.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Great review! I agree, but so far framerate has not bothered me.

"So far"? Your number of kills doesn't look like you're very far. Or you must be super stealthy

My drunk New Year purchase from the Russian eShop wasn't the smartest one, lol. Ok, it was only about 26 €...

The framerates of Ubisoft open world games on Wii U got worse from game to game. Probably lower budgets for the ports, too.

seems the only true Multiplat the WiiU has which is performing how it supposed to be is Bayonetta 1, the rest are Xbox 360 ports like Watch Dogs from what i have heard

That's a generous score, but I won't be fooled.

It would probably be a 3.9 based on your standards.

Damn, the music in this game...
Mediocre selection and awful compression. Sounds even worse than YouTube.

Im enjoying Watch Dogs, it has some neat ideas and its nice to have an open world game on Wii U other than Lego City. Its a bit ropey here and there technically, but also amazing in other places (the rain effects at night, and the shimmering puddles). The interactive map gets no credit, sure its simple, but setting waypoints and finding sidequests etc is so much more convenient that pausing the game every 5 mins. All in all its a good enough version.

Oh, and off tv play is always a winner ;)
