no matter which of the 3 major consoles you own, you are most likely paying out the ass to play your games.


xbox 360 controller - $50
ps3 sixaxis- $50
ps3 daul shock 3 (coming soon)- $55
wii mote + nun chuk- $60 (add another $20 for every classic controller if you want to play certain vc games).

wasn't it only last gen that i was throwing down $30 for the daul shock 2? screw that, i would get a wired controller if it saved me $25 a pop.

But the Wii mote kinda makes since because half the technology of the wii is in it.

Sigh...
That's the price of the way we've chosen. I can see the six axis costing more, and the wii mote because of the motion controls.(Especially the Wii mote because of add ons, and the multi controller options you can have with it.),but it is a little ridiculous.

Hey at least the dualshock 2 comes with built in re-chargeable battery and rumble/tilt ^^;

But if you tally up inflation, were actually probably paying less than what we'd have to pay for an N64 controller with a rumble pack :x I'm not even going to mention wireless...

the price was really low back then, I used to own 7 N64 controllers, I still have one wiimote and one nunchuk, but i'll be getting more soon

yeah i am going to have to buy a new one soon, I have played so much CoD4 that I my L3 button makes funny noises. going to replace it with a dualshock 3
