lets do some math if this thing is really 6.25x more powerful than the ps4.

PS4, BF4 = 900p, 60 frames

Radeon R9 295x2, BF4 = 900p x2, 60 frames

Clearly over 6 times more powerful LOL, not.
Seriously Eurogamer gets annoying with their PC bias lately, also arent there enough sites reporting and comparing pc graphicscards and cpus, now the only console benchmarking site is making PC stuff instead concentrating on console games, great.
Also AMD crossfire and AMD multicards suffer from micro lags on lower framerate unlike nvidia, i am not a pc gamer anymore so i dont know if they fixed it or if its still worse than nvidia.

It ain't just a matter of resolution; (though that alone is x2.56 as much) going by the framerate test it also commands a performance lead over the PS4 version of BF4, plus the PS4 version cuts back asset density and draw distance compared to the PC on higher settings.

There is no end if you waiting for the best card, if you have the money actually is fine because ther will be more and more comming for the future Lol

Sure there's an end to waiting ... If you pay some attention to both of the chip designers release cycle, you'll eventually know that a new line of products won't be releasing soon after the recent one.

every year they releasing new card even with the same chip, but they increase the performance also, i guess it doesn't matter it's a new chip or not. There always a new card on the line.

Ugh, can you imagine the heat on this thing? The 290x alone was so inefficient is heat dissipation.

                                                                                                               You're Gonna Carry That Weight.

Xbox One - PS4 - Wii U - PC

Holy crap I was damn lucky, I'm currently getting rid of my 5760x2160 build with two of these beasts since I can't make much use of it in my current situation, sold em for $900 each.Glad I didn't wait any longer since I could've gotten screwed by this massive price-cut :)

It is an amazing card though. The best dual gpu card ever imo, specially for almost 1/3 of its original price.

Where do you get that 900px2 from? IT says 4k. It would probably play BF4 at 120 fps 1080p easily.

Battlefield 4 runs (according to them) at 4k = 4096 x 2160 = 8.8 mega pixels. 900p = 1600 x 900 =  1.44 mega pixels.  8.8 / 1.44 = aprox 6.1 pixel density quotient. Try again.

Yeah I was too conservative, should have said 240 FPS :).

Yeah. The two 290 chips are actually boosted from the reference clock speed. Not to mention, you can still overclock the card significantly in addition to that.
