Ps3 will probably reach 11 mill by then. people were saying it would not even reach 10. looks like sales are stronger in us and still strong in europe? Did you question it before.......do you question it now?

I thought it was 9.5 mil last fiscal year.

and it's also ship number, not sold to customer number.

Though it is almost likely that the PS3 will reach 11 million by the end of march(sold to consumers), sony stated that they planned to sell(to retail) 11 million PS3's from march of last year to this march, which is not possible at this pace.

they were off by about 3 million, hardly a success. to date, they have only shipped around 8.5 million units since march '07, no where near 11 million. they may not even meet their lowerd target of 9.5 million.
