Say goodbye to that Market share Sony! See, I'm becoming economically literate:D Anyway, Xbone is making a huge comeback, sony fanboys, myself included, cannot ignore that. The question becomes, is it just a periodical fluke? Did sony take some Xbox 360 fans? Very important questions.

Isn't outselling the same as closing the gap? The PS4 is still outselling XBO every week WW. The gap is getting larger, it's not growing as much as it was before but damn wait for the gap to actually SHRINK before you say it's 'catching up'

I think EA are trying to take their thrown back from Ubisoft..

Probably the usual rise in sales Xboxes have holiday season... common for MS to release several games, bundles and temporary cuts... We will evaluate the effect and necessary answer on January.

Judging from the OP he was talking about sales. Unless the CFO was being intentionally misleading. Either way it's terrible.
