Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Halo: MCC servers are down - improvements been made - problems persists

They did a lot of improviments in the last days (sorry the late update):

Some playlists are yet missing and other have reduced numbers of players or no ranking... they are working on that... there is some matchmaking issues but not that big anymore... so it is possible to play with friends if you have patience.

There is a lot of work to do yet.

So I was proved right after all.

The issues continue and it is even worst than DriveClub.

I deserve apologies for some users here.

Always beta in the future.

How to mess up one of the biggest games of the year. So disappointed.

The worst part of this for MS is they are tarnishing an established brand and their most popular one. At least with drive club it's a new IP so while it looks bad on Sony it doesn't ruin their biggest IP's.

Its been months and this game is still broken. Its clearly rushed and even more broken then Drive club. Very disappointed in 343.

For the low price of $50 per year for an Xbox Live subscription, you can't expect everything to work. You get what you pay for.

Xbox Live Gold is $60 a year. Such a waste of money...

It is worse than Driveclub. Even the campaigns are a little glitchy. I think I might wait to buy Halo 5 which will be the first Halo game, other than CE,  which I didn't buy on the first day.

What a crappy situation. They'll fix it by the time of Halo 5. Fans of the series defending this is just even more sad.

+ 1 Respect, MoHasnie.

Its unacceptable and MS clearly rushed to release it so that they could have their big holiday game. Nobody should be defending the game or 343. Driveclub's problems were sorted out in 2 months and the MCC has been out almost 3 months and the multiplayer is still unplayable.

I know at least one user that would say it was unaceptable to release MP with problems and that the code is quite simple to do and server needs to predict and how azzure is perfect When bashing  DC. Would be silent for mcc. And when confronted would deflect saying even if DC online were fully working they still owe the ps+ edition and is boring (pretending DC MP is still bad) and mcc is great and fun even if MP have some minor issues (while downplaying mcc online problems).
