Though they are on the slow side I feel, I like the fact that a lot of Sony's new features and additions to existing ones are mainly focused on gaming, rather than just general media stuff I will rarely, if ever, use

Yeap... I loved new featrues like the SharePlay or Remote Play on smarthphone (even so I have a iOS and I guess it won't get support to it... only Androids)...

And I know PS4 is at disvantages when compared the Multimedia side.

The biggest takeaway with the PS4's updates is that the new features that are added were made with gaming in mind. A console can have a bunch of features, but if they're all media features that have very little to do with gaming, I don't care. For example with Skype, I have my phone and PC to do Skype. Practicality > Quantity

Remote play is a broken PoS that was advertised so horribly.  Zero input lag when being miles away is how it was advertised.  Explain how reviewers bash it for input lag in the same household...

PS4 twitch app is a gigantic joke compared to XBO/PC

PS4 has no "PlayTo" feature, which making network streaming as easy as two clicks, or use an app on your phone to do it. 

PS Now is already forgot about.

The OS, while fast, is ugly, unorganized and archaic.  The Facebook-esque social page is pitiful.

You basically only stated the opposite of the OP in a much more opiniated form. I assure you that most PS4 users disagree with your sentiment, especially when you have clearly shown that you haven't even used any of these features.

RemotePlay depends of the connecting between the hosts and client... on a local netword it work amazing... it is really great how it works... and it works in the same way on Smartphonw from what I read... really cool feature and a must to have... I'm buing a Vita for it.

SharePlay useless is your opinion... it is a great feature and it is unlimited... you can play more than one hour... you can play all the day if you wish.

RemotePlay, SharePlay and PS Now are features not found in Xbone = Advantages no matter if you don't like them (your opinion)
Twitch is a feature in both = neither advantage or disvantage until you show to me what is better on Xbone version
OS is faster = advantage... you don't like how it looks (your opinion)

I don't think you get it, I do not want those features unless they are fixed.  Any hint of input lag and its a waste of time imo.  I'd rather play a demo or rent a game than stream it at 720p and 30fps.  Ya know? the settings PS Now and Shareplay uses to reduce latency.  Which is ironic because the PS trolls bash those stats all day, everyday.
I mean its obvious you don't know the big reason why Twitch is lacking on PS4.The OS is fine, but its only advantage is quicker response times.  And that advantage only happens if you did not previous load the app on XBO.  If you did, the switch to it is near instant.

Your opinion is fine.

But it is still a advantage of PS4 over Xbone... the features exists and works pretty well for most of us.

You don't understand your opinion about the festures didn't make them useless of a disvantage... the opposite the feature are advantages.

ME: I can do X, Y and Z on PS4... they are advantages over the Xbone that don't have them
YOU: It don't exists on Xbone so I think it is useless and I don't like them

PS4 give more for a gamer than Xbone... a lot more... just in this thread I listed four or five features for gaming not present on Xbone.
