the ps4 ist just a great console

Why do you hate Driveclub? Have you even played it? Its an amazing game, a very fun arcade racer, and now that the servers are working well its very fun to form clubs with friends and race against other clubs! It was disappointing at first to not be able to play online, but now that I can play it online, its very fun and it feels like it was well worth the money IMO.

It may be the only way to get a white PS4 at Amazon UK, but its surely not the only way to get one from other retailers. That really tells me that indeed people find the game, despite its online problems. I agree with them.

Now that servers have stabilised and are working well, this game should have legs.

Being the only racer since need for speed last year, in a +10M console base helps.

If amazon is anything to go by, it will go down by a lot next week.

That downplaying by you was surely needed right? I mean, you can't just accept that people are liking the game? Maybe you should play it then, the gameplay is very good and the experience is amazing. The online is working very well too.

I played a bit on a store, its avarege at best. But this wasn't the point, any racer would sell.  

Online working isn't something to talk about, that should be normal lol

Destiny is falling like a rock.

If things don´t chages the game could be forgotten when heavy weights launch in the next few weeks.

Exaggerated? The game doesn't work online 2 weeks after its initial release in US & EU. People buynig it probably don't even now about it when they see game is store. You know, it's not like Sony is talking about it on TV.

Response to you and the couple of others who quoted me:

Please don't misunderstand, i also think that the way this game is handled is unacceptable. I thought the dropoff will be more in the neighborhood of 95% than 45%.

That's why I'm surprised.

Thanks to Kowenicki for pointing out the bundle effect. If I were in the market for PS4, i would surely look for another bundled game. (Also: Here the bundled games are counted? It's hard to keep track of various charts and their bundled policy...)

Or many overestimate the significance for online modes, the forum dwellers that are likely to whine most migth be big on online modes.  But maybe many dont put all that much significnce in it as them.  From what i read from actualDC owners, they love the game.  Even with the issues so go figure.

Its the only racer on Ps4, sales being decent is no surprise.

This one was launched on October 17 before that it was only avaiable retail exclusive for Destiny and for all retails for DriveClub.

Most White showed in this UK chart is DriveClub edition... well there is one or two days of White without game.

because i know the game should be a launch game

i know it was delayed 2 times and didnt even released finish nearly one year later

i know the game could not be played well the first 3 weeks because of launch / server issues

 

its just to much. if u would show me the game in a year with all the added content and i would not know anything about the game before, i would probably like it. but in this case, i just cant..

 

 

here is a simple example:

a beautiful girl 10/10. i would be attracted by here and do here

but the same beautiful girl 10/10. i know she like to be (and did, too) f*cked by tens of ugly/smelling homeless guys without protection, i would not be attracted by her and would not do here

 

 

maybe i would try this game for free if they realse a full free ps+ edition as excuse. but i would never buy this game and support that with my money.

just like some would never buy an xbox one because of theire original drm police

It may be average according to you (not that I believe you, as you don't even own a PS4 and are unlikely to have tried out Driveclub), but for me and all my friends who have the game its a lot of fun.

The working online has only increased the fun a lot more than what the SP mode allowed.
