Not sure if its via remote play but a leak of Sony's upcoming game list for the TGS puts the game on the platform.

guess the 3ds just doesn't have the setup for episodic releases and resident evil is japanese, who love handhelds, so it would make sense. still this would be a bit surprising

If it is true, I will choose that version over PS4. So I have at least one reason to turn my Vita on every once in a while.

I think its a lot easier to port from the ps4 to the vita then it is to either the 3DS or Wii U. Furthermore sonys played a very active role in seeking titles to be ported to Vita, so I wouldn't rule that out. This still hasn't been confirmed anyways.

Makes sense. The game will be available in separate episodes just like TWD episodes and those were on the Vita as well.
