Forums - Gaming Discussion - How much money do you spend on gaming each year? How much this year?

So...How much do you spend on games each year ?

With or without counting the money torwards consoles.

I normaly spend around 250 euros on games each year.

On 2014, so far I've bought:

Dark Souls 2 CE -> 100

Metal Gear Solid HD collection -> 34

Tales of Xillia -> 35

A ps+ card -> 30

A psn pre paid card ->20

Total = 219 euros

Plus I'll buy Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD when it comes out...40 euros more or less

so the new total is 260 euros for this year.

 I'm just curious about your purchases. I'm all ears.

This year, which I'm going to say goes from last September, I've spent far more than usual. On a ps4, I've bought the system, and four games. So $640 on my ps4. Then I've also spend probably another 200 on pc (including buying a new gpu). Typically, I spend less than half this, but it was a big year.

Have no money, spend no money.

My policy is one new game each month, and I share that game with one of my buddies, so 12*$30= $360. Round up to $400 after PS+.

Not that I have a budget, it's just that I don't have that much time to play more.
Remaining purchases:
Sept - FIFA 15
Oct - The Evil Within
Nov - Far Cry 4
Dec - Dragon Age

When consoles are involved ,it's natural that the cost will rise.

Last year I spent probably around 450-500 euros beacause I bought a special edtion 3ds xl.  It was the 1st time I spent more than 300 euros since in a year since 2009 when I bought my ps3

btw...I'm disapointed by ps+ this year.I don't like 80% of the games.Last year was fantastic however.

My sub expires Sept.23, and I'm not renewing it until they offer at least one game that's worth it.

I don't like driving games, so Driveclub doesn't interest me. If there is a decent game in November, I'll renew first week of December, if not, I'll wait.

I don't play online multiplayer, so I don't need Plus anyway.
