Tales of Symphonia Chronicles - PS3. I bought it for 7,5 dollars on the PSN sale.

No turning back now, I just bough TALES OF SYMPHONIA - CHRONICLES in the Anime PSN sale, paid 7,5 dollars for the two games included in the collection, which sounds like a decent deal, I guess.

The thing is: I never ever played TALES and it is been a while since I enjoyed for real a JRPG. The last one was PERSONA 3 (digital download of the PS2 game). I did play some PERSONA 4 GOLDEN on Vita, I own the game and all, but it really did not get my atention as PERSONA 3 did. Which is weird, since everyone says PERSONA 4 is the better game.

I own NI NO KUNI, but I did not like it very much, I blame this on my age (33 years old) and in the fact that I am a pretty bitter dude with no positive outcome whatsoever in pretty much nothing...

So, I am downloading the game right now.

I will update this thread when I play a little bit of it... I hope it have trophies. Yes, I am one of those...

Any of you played this? Or even, any TALES fans around here?

Edit:  Just played it. Very cool game, I guess this one I will play till the end.

I hope you enjoy it more than me. I thought it was dated and got bored, although that was partly because I have played a lot of Tales games in the last two years and was a bit burned out on the series

I guess it is a positive for me then, since I have never played any TALES game. I did played and somewhat liked the PSP STAR OCEANS, which are very old and dated too. But I gave up after 15 hours cause I don´t know where to go...

It is a 5 GB download, so I will probably play a little tonight, like 5 or 6 hours from now. I will let you know, but I also think I will probably not like it.

It's nice that you got it, but I think you should liven up a bit. It's not healthy to be bitter at any age :/

I just feel a little sick today, I do have a flu right now, so maybe this it. I loved South Park Stick of the Truth, so it is not like i do not enjoy RPGs anymore.
