Best way to guess would probably be to look at any franchises whose publishers are on the decline. Squeenix is pretty vulnerable, in terms of financials, and given their propensity for inflated budgets and stupid decisions, it did more or less leave things wide open for Microsoft to make the deal. So any properties that have strong, successful publishers are significantly less likely to end up exclusive, as Microsoft would have to spend, likely, vastly more money than they expended on the Tomb Raider deal.
