For the record, i was only half-true when i was pondering rage quit. I wasn't feeling good about the game at the time, but also i'm not above manipulating emotions to try to divert suspicion. Any port in a storm and all. I did feel put off by theprof's playstyle, and i'm not terribly sure how much i like the game.

My guess is i'll play again if someone comes up with a theme i enjoy, otherwise i'll pass. It was fun, but not too fun and i'm still not 100% on what town play is supposed to be (which now makes sense, as i wasn't town, but even then it's still a bit of a mystery and i'd likely have played the same if i was town, aside from being so evasive on day 4)

So, how bout it?

Wondering the same thing

I recommended to the scum team that they keep their QT forever a secret.

It is up to them whether or not to heed my recommendation.

town is much different and a lot more fun.

Normally there's more pouncing on mistakes than what happened in this game. The big error was in letting nickle get off so lightly Day One, when he made some major slips, and then not revisiting later. You also made a few mistakes that should have been caught sooner and pursued more vigorously, but both of you did well enough in the thread to earn a win. My only advice is that, when you're scum next time, play it more cooly. You guys got a bit too excited too easily: except for a brief moment in Day Three, neither of you were ever seriously in danger, thanks to terrible town play, but you guys soldiered through nonetheless.

I agree. WoW did a lot of good stuff (aside from the minor error with phrasing on RCT's card which helped us but hurt town).

Great job, and do at least ask me about the next round. Like i said, i'll probably only bite if it's a theme i enjoy (but a different theme might attract different folks who weren't interested this round anyway)

My night 3 action was revised three times. Eventually we decided that the best thing for me, if whiteeagle was suspicious, was to simply do nothing because that was the role i claimed.

Looks like hylian broke the thread anyways, so it's largely a moot point.

I'm just copying this link because i want to read this thread later.

Bedtime now.

GG everyone. It was certainly interesting even if i might not have enjoyed all of it.

I really should have put a disclaimer on the setup post that characters may have items from any game.  Oscar's spear was also not a thing Oscar could gain in his own game.  Hindsight being 20/20 and all that.

Honestly, I was a little more aggressive this game than usual because I felt completely isolated. I had nickles, hylian, and padib just going off on me, and the illogic was incredible. I didn't know what to do. Honestly I would say nickles and hylian were mvp. They dominated this game. They fucked up a lot, but my team didn't have the wherewithal to put 2 and 2 together. And H and N totally made full use of that.

They both played excellently.
