I must've been under a rock somewhere.  Didn't pay any attention to the Wii U release.  Only got into it when my brother called me and demanded I buy it for SM3DW

Fair enough. It's not heavily advertised, but they did announce a while back at some point in the future, newer consoles wouldn't have the promotion.

Remenber, this promotion will end in the years end, hurry up on your digital purchases before its to late(you can rescue the credit till march 2015).

Really wish they extended the deadline.
