Ive been looking at this alot. and following amazon best i can, as it has accurately shown the winner every month this year.
The Destiny bundle has been ahead of the XB1 the entire time since it was announced and looks like it could stay that way until launch. ofcourse the regular ps4 is still selling awesome. If the same interest is taking place in retail stores then it isnt far fetched to say itll sell as many destiny bundles at launch then the xb1 sold from e3 until september. which could be +400k bundles alone. since the regular sku would also get a boost, +700k is very possible.

exclusive marketing for destiny and the destiny bundle has been doing amazing on amazon. also destiny launches the 14th so there should be several weeks of boost in the numbers.
it would be great if you added NPD sales of september for the 360, wii and ps3 for its life time to give a reference.
360 did over 500k in September 2007 but it had Halo 3 launching. I'm guessing 400k for PS4.

350-400k seems reasonable to me. It's going to give PS4 the biggest boost, but it is still a cross-gen/multi-platform game.
