Forums - Gaming Discussion - Wii U purchasing Intent has increased by 50% after E3.

Cool!
89% for Zelda? A few good million for the game, then!

Hopefully this translates to actual sales down the line.

You mean, the inevtitable 80K+ baseline for Wii U after Holidays? :P

I highly doubt it will reach an 80k+ baseline. It is still by far the weaker console and first party titles can only take you so far.

Send a Friend Request On PSN :P

Glad you took my advice and posted it to Vgchartz XD

For me the 66K of last week isn't only for Mario Kart 8... is effect of E3 combianted!!!

No wonder the PS4 dropped, I almost decided to sell it.

See. That other thread about how Wii U sales are higher because people were disappointed with PS4 and Xbox One was onto something. The reason why the sales are higher is because the people who weren't interested in a next gen console yet decided they were now interested in the Wii U over the other two because of Nintendo's great E3 showing and the poor ones from Sony and Microsoft.

Sony's E3 was the worst, so you see the bar went down.  Microsoft's was better, went up a bit, Nintendo's was the best, went up a lot.

Or maybe mario kart, a game that sold 34 million last gen yes?

Yeah, and how long was the game bundled with the Wii?

Wow 793 people...

I believe Wii went higher because they announced games that Nintendo fans were expecting so that will make some Nintendo fan to jump in.

It was well above 25 million before the mass bundle if I recall correctly

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.
