If Mario Kart 8 boosts sells on consoles there is plenty in the WiiU library that can be picked up to hold someone over for a few months. Games like Pikmin 3, Tropical Freeze, 3D World and Lego city Undercover all having high 80's rating on metacritic. Then you have the free downloadable games, ZombieU,  Resident Evil: Revaltions d the Virual Console.

For people who bought, yes. But we talking about console sales, not software.

If those games where enough, why wouldn't people bought WiiU console with those "awesome" high-metacritic-scores-games?

And since when RE:Revelations is free? Or virtual console, those NES games is 10$ in my e-shop...


First off i put a comma between downloadable games i didnt write like. Second MK8 has more ethusiasim (spell check) behind it then the others.

Yes it does you said you tired of hearing one thing just like im tired of another. Sega never thought longterm look at how many new consoles were made in a span of 6 years, Microsoft already talks of selling Xbox or just stop makin console s, and Sony way  way over advertises. Thinking long term means being prepared for the valleys and enjoying peaks in sales. Not expecting growth every quarter or fiscal year, that is UNREALISTIC.

I see WiiU on store shelves all the time and upon returning to the store the shelves are empty. But then the WiiU sales numbers release it seems they're not selling much.

Mario Kart 8 looks like a great game.

I'm sure NIntendo sales are about to become much better.

This could be the turning point for Nintendo.

Still collecting dust around here, same as Xbox One. PS4 was available within the Killzone Bundle (529.99 €) for 4 days but is sold out again.

Location is Media Markt Gründau-Lieblos, Germany

 

Edit: I also saw the Xbox One Titanfall Bundle at MediMax in Wächtersbach for 396 €. Kinda makea me believe that the kinectless version for 399 won't do jack shit in germany.

I think with mario kart will happen de same as with Titanfall: First week Wii U will be on 1st position of the sales list but from second week and forward it will be outsold again by the PS4. (Maybe the X1 needs a few weeks to be back on top of Wii U)

I went to a Wal-Mart on Friday and they had 4 PS4 on the console case. I went back to that same Wal-Mart yesterday to pick up Watch_Dogs and all the PS4 were gone. So I guess +2 for WiiU.
