Im not very imaginitive thus let's call them PL$.

The budget  for the first round they are implemented is 5.000 PL$.
The more confident you are in a certain prediction the more points you can give it.
If you are less certain you give it less points, pretty simple right?

Seeing that is mostly just the game and in a few cases the wii numbers I can't fit in only those numbers
