Yea I want them to publish it providing a decent team is behind it. It would be nice if it could release as the first souls game on current gen.

dark souls exist so i dont see the point
I like the open world format of Dark Souls over the nexus format of Demon Souls so I prefer Dark Souls, but if Demon Souls 2 came out I'd buy it.

They should as an exclusive to the PS4. It did pretty good in sales and I believe it was well-received in Japan as well so there's that.
Yes, the director of DeS and DaS1 wasnt involved with DaS2 and rumours are he is secretly working with SCE Japan on a new game, might be DeS2 or an entirely new IP.

I wouldn't mind it, I loved Demons souls when it was first released, and prefer it over Dark Souls in so many ways, including the way the worlds are setup because I wasn't a huge fan of the open world-ness that Dark Souls introduced. Im actually starting to like it in Dark Souls 2 though because it seems like they combined the two.

They should do something with the IP, it's too hot to just dump it. I'd love to get the sequel on Vita, but a PS4 would also be a smart move to axe XO even harder.
