Nice dark souls 2 numbers. However most JRPGS are overtracked so do not be too happy for them.

$450 Titanfall bundle is up until Easter. So yeah it'll be more than one week.

Well that's a $50 price cut having an effect, not Titanfall. Titanfall itself has had its effect, which for hardware sales wasn't much, hence needing the $50 price cut helping hand.

Seems like good competitive pricing to me. Xbox One, Kinect, 1 month of Xbox Live and Titanfall for $450 is a steal.

Yep. But it could just as easily be Xbox One, Kinect, 1 month of Xbox Live and [insert game here] for $450 is a steal. So it's not the game that's packed in that matters as much as it's a $450 price tag.

The Titanfall boost is nothing special and will be very short lived. The latest discounts that keep on popping up everywhere are further evidence to this.

ADJUSTMENTS IN PREVIOUS WEEKS

NPD

The NPD showed PS4 was really undertracked here and like I predicted the real number was close to 300k than 202k... 285k was what I was talking about... Xbone did better in January than NPD showed so they made adjustments in February to match the lifetime sales but even so the sales are lower than the PS4 by a good amount.

These numbers reflected in VGC via adjustments that you can see in the table below:

VGC seems to overtracked close to 120k Xbone in US while the PS4 seems to be close to 80k overtracked more close to be accurate (~30k off)... the lifetime sales is getting even more odd with each new NPD release.

TITANFALL WEEK

Titanfall didn´t moved consoles or software like most guys here predicted... in fact I guess the hardware had this normal boost due the price cut or free game, the retail didn´t sold what they ordered so they started to sell the Xbone bundled with one game at $450 since the last week.

Suprise is that PS4 is sawing a big drop in sales due a supply issue but I guess it is being undertracked here... Sony is shipping close to 200k units per week and the sales are like 120k per week? Weel the 7 million mark from Sony will happen before VGC reach it.

Xbone price cut is imment after the Titanfall didn´t boost the sales... the first move was delay the 360 version to April to help to move more games/consoles on Xbone an the big deals with the unsold bundles of the launch week... MS is facing some serious trouble with demand right now so I think the E3 is the right place to announce the new price that retail is already using ($450 with game).

PREDICTIONS?

I´m not sure who will win NPD March but right now I put my ass over the PS4 due better supply than February... the Japan is not demmanding that many consoles so US will receive even more units week after week... the Amazon raking shows PS4 winning every week with a good margin.

inFAMOUS will have a better first week than Titanfall too... the lack of NEWS from MS and EA is alarming... the game didn´t sold like they expected... I expect Sony to PR 1 million inFAMOUS sold next week.

That´s my opinion about this week.
