Hello and Welcome to Part 3 of my Top 20 Most Realistic Newcomers for SSB WiiU/3DS! This thread will be my opinion on what characters have the best chance to make it in the game (not to be confused with my top wanted).

For this thread i will list the Next 4 (7th-10th) of my top 20. I will proceed with another thread to continue through the ranks. By all means this is opinionated so if you agree/disagree with anything i say pls post your reasons and predictions!

Now that thats all cleared up lets begin!!!!!

                                                                   ★ TOP 7th-10th Characters ★

Dixie Kong, another member of the DK Crew! A huge Side Character which made a return in WiiU's DK Tropical Freeze and debuted in Donkey Kong Country 2 (on SNES) as one of 2 playable characters!

She is well known, and is very similar to that of diddy kong. She was suppose to be a part of SSBB roster but was cut for unknown reasons (Time maybe?) As many can see her as a clone of Diddy Kong, her big trademark the Whipping Blonde Hair can definitely separate the two. She has great mobility and is mostly use in the games she appears in before everybody else (Fact)

DK has 2 representatives in SSB already and honestly thats enough. If there was a third it would be between King K Rool and Dixie Kong but reality has shown us King K Rool is dead in the nintendo universe (Cuz of Rare?).

Coming in at the number 9 spot was a japanese exclusive character intill recently Saki! Saki is from the Sin+Punishment Franchise, an arcade style shooter. He's the protagonist in the first game (2nd game was replaced by another protagonist due to the events happening many years later) that uses a beam sword that can also be used as a gun for a weapon.

He appears in SSBB as abn AST trophy. Many outsiders (outside from japan) learnt of who he was from ssb (like many others). He was a powerful and speedy character. He would easily be a unique character just due his weaponry! He is the posterboy of Sin+Punishment. The franchise definitely needs more Attention and with a worthy character on his own, SSB would be a perfect place to start (again!)

Yes Ridley! The most Biggest Bad*** Character as well as probably the most requested character of all time in SSB! Ridley had to make the top 10, but with a mixture of feelings like he's too big and/or wat kind of moveset would he have, i felt like he isnt a guaranteed character. (non the less top 10)

Ridley is the most popular character in Metroid (not counting Samus herself) and has appeared in 99.9% of all metroid games as Samus archenemy/villain (watever you call it). Sakarai needs to put him in despite his overgrown size. People do argue that other characters have shrunk/grown just to fit in with SSB (Ex: Bowser+Pikachu)

Who wouldn't want an alien dragon to be playable? Yea nobody would object!

Shulk!!!!!!! What can i not say about this guy? Coming in from one of the best, if not the best JRPG of the last generation "Xenoblade Chronicles"!

Shulk is a character made by Monolith Soft (now owned by nintendo) which is easily a great develpor! The company behind the anticipated "X" game coming out on WiiU deserves a rep, which many people have acknowledged. Shulk would be unique as his sword is bestowed with many different powers and can be utilized in SSB!

Hell yes for shulk but only cause Ridly seems really unlikely cause of his size and I just cant see how people would play him

His original game was japanese only on n64 but came here for wii as virtual title! You need to check his game out, its awesome!

I know Shulk has the best chance of any Xenoblade character, but I'd much rather get the seventh party member. I think we have enough sword users. 'Seven' has dual swords and a lot of other things with great Smashing potential.

Regarding this character, I feel like the statute of limitations for Xenoblade mid-game spoilers should be up soon. I'm all for not discussing the ending openly, but an entire party member being off-limits for discussion is a drag. The (spiritual?) sequel is coming out soon; if anyone hasn't played half of Xenoblade by now, that's their own fault.
