For some hot SSB topics i will ask everybody if they will return or not!

In this case its Lucas, To make the returning characters more fun keep posting for each thread weather or not that character returns. Then i'll put your name under that group! Good Luck (look at bottom for list of names!)

There are currently 23 characters revealed for SSB for WiiU/3DS. Out of the 23, 18 are returning Characters. There is still plenty of room left. There will definitely be more returning characters!

Anyway post why or why not Lucas will join in SSB again!

Choice#1= Ness is in the game Solo (to represent Earthboud/Mother) *I choose this

Choice#2= Ness+Lucas Will Return

Choice#3=Ness and Newcomer Claus will appear *i think this is the least likely to happen

they aren't going to waste character slots in this game!

I highly doubt he will be returning... I just hope if Nintendo adds a different character from EarthBound he wont be a clone of Ness.

He was one of my favorite characters along with his counterpart Ness.

They did with the wii fit trainer and arguably Little Mac :/

Anywayz Little Mac is one of the most Wanted characters in SSB for WiiU/3DS since SSBB release. Also he represents the entire Punch Out Franchise, He is nowhere close of being a waste for this game.

Wii Fit Trainer (*and toon link) are the only characters i can see a waste but the thing with wii fit trainer is her franchise has outsold *90% of all nintendo's IPs. She is popular but not literally in terms of gaming (more of casuals). Despite this Wii Fit Trainer has grown in popularity since her reveal as the WTF character of this game (like Mr G+W was in SSBM and ROB in SSBB)

i feel the same, i dont want him to go but he is at the bottom of the who will return tier imo. Lucas was really cool and out of clone characters(not literally but same playstyle/movements/etc) he was definitely far apart from Ness. *like how mario+luigiare different!

If he doesn't make it i dont see anybody else coming in for Earthbound franchise (aside from Ness). Claus can work but it be weird joinin when his bro is leaving lol
