Two very good choices for me to vote for in this final but I'll give the edge to my friend of many years on VGC Smeags who in 2013 continued providing the forums with quality threads (Top 50, E3, Pokemon X/Y), has been laying down the law as a top notch moderator and just as been a great contributor in general.
