So the changes they made to that one particular, Jaime & Cersei, scene has been causing bit of uproar and discussion. From reading around a bit it happened quite differently but as of now, Jaime is losing bit of goodwill he earned in season 3.

Even George Martin had to respond to this as people wouldn't stop bugging him. http://io9.com/george-r-r-martin-responds-to-that-controversial-game-1565762209

Yeah, I do not get the change in characterization of Jaime and Cersei and I know many Jaime fans are quite upset.  I haven't seen a divergence in portrayal like this since Loras on the show.

I am curious where they go from here in that story with coming events.

Doesn't Cersei resist a little in the book too? I know she says it isn't right but she gives in.

She is more concerned with getting caught than resisting the act, so the change is very significant to both characters.  Jaime comes off far worse here in the show and Cersei is a bit weaker.  Again, this change will have consequences for both so see how they develop it.

They did change a lot with these two. Jamie arriving before Joffrey's death, Cersei giving him the cold shoulder, that scene in the sept of Baelor. I'm not sure where they are headed with that.

Uhmm, I think I'm starting to get tired of the show. It just seems that it's going nowhere. Even after today's episode, that included ....well, almost everything from everywhere, I feel like there are so many unsolved plots, and I'm not really enjoying it.

I'll probably keep watching, but it's not going to feel as the first two seasons :/

Some major divergence from the books in this one that had me surprised and curious where they are going with some characters. It makes sense logistically though to move some stories along and create events so people do not forget characters. I honestly have no idea how Jon's and Bran's new story will work with this new wrinkle.

Part of the story is things never end, there is no "ever after".  History is made up of infinite middles as empires rise and fall and things just change.  Sure, some people die or their story reaches a conclusion, but it has consequences with ripples into other stories.

Maybe I am too invested in everything, but for me "more stuff happens" in an episode of Game of Thrones than whole seasons of most shows (or even entires series for many network shows).

I do understand that for many it is better to watch a season in a batch to get a feel for the scope as a single hour is but a small part of the tale.

Also, Ser Pounce!

Now, where are Lady Whiskers and Boots?

Really liked this episode. Got confirmation of who plotted to poison Joffrey. Littlefinger willing to do everything for everything was deviously cool. Too much random sexual stuff they throw in there but i guess that is HBO. Scenes had really good transition from one to another. Poor Hodor. :(

The last scene was so unexpectedly mind boggling. What just happened there.

I get what you are saying, and since the begining I was expecting that. The thing is that it feels as if they are trying too hard to keep tangling things, just for the sake of it. And the Bran and Jon part was the one that made me believe that.

I understand that it's a vast universe with endless possibilities for plot and character development, there could be many stories that could fit in the same time span, but, I don't know mate, it's starting to feel more like a mess than a complex narration.
