WOW, massively undertracked here. Amazing sales although I personally was disappointed in the game. Just shows making games at launch does not mean bad sales due to lower install base.

Did you consider this is shipped and not sold?

Still impressive and undertracked.

Yet when Microsoft announces consoles sold/shipped, you say quite the opposite. Ironic.

???? An entire console versus software that is still undertracked? How is that even remotely the same? It 's not like I am comparing the shipped numbers of KZ and the sales numbers of another game right?

Makes me sad.

The worst Killzone since the original, outsells the best Killzone to date (Mercenary) near enough 10 fold >_

RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.

GG Guerrilla !

Well deserved :)

k I know I am me and I reaaaally don't wanna be that guy now, but principle dictates me to say this.

Killzone SF isn't on the same level critically as KZ 3 and especially not KZ2 (the best of the IP by far). Yet it is selling at a faster pace, most likely due to being the sole launch exclusive worth getting.

Now this is great for the developers, no doubt about that. It is like a fresh start to expand upon as PS4 grows. But as fans of the IP....should you really be encouraging this? It is like celebrating COD sales every year, even though the meta score gets lower and lower. Ideally, we should reward quality that also sells amazing.

(if I behave like this when a X1 game scores lower yet sells higher, feel free to call me out whomever reads this).

While I would honestly kinda agree with your point that mediocre games selling better than great games isn't exactly something to be proud of, it is still not something exclusive to the PS fanbase, I've seen people say similar things about Ryse or Forza 5 for example. People just love to see exclusives sell well.

So around half of all PS4 owners have it. Crazy Good. Not much else to play though

Prediction: Switch will sell better than Wii U Lifetime Sales by Jan 1st 2018

Exactly, this is hardly a new or PS only thing, ryse is a good example, that game would be a bomb if it were not a x1 launch title.

Amazing! #PS4 exclusive title, KILLZONE™ SHADOW FALL, exceeded sales of over 2.1 million units as of January 15, 2014. @killzone

VGC: 1,23M 11 jan

Shipped numbers but probably undertracked by VGC.

Amazing! I think the series has now an amazing chance of hitting 5 million games! Being the best seller in the series (> 3 million is now guaranteed!)

The Bitch is back! And better then ever! #BritneyReturns

SONY Bring them BACK for PS4 and VITA!

Awesome for Guerilla. I love the KZ IP, but i'm also interested to see what they have in store next.

Their next game  is something on the lines of fallout/killzone world mixed together( rpg-shooter)
