Anime easily. Characters are not as expressive in manga than in anime, and fight scenes in manga don't come close to their animated counterparts, especially if they're well-done.

Animation and voice acting adds a lot to the experience.

I have to disagree. I am an anime watcher for life and the ratio of Manga vs Anime I've read is about 1:100. But in all mangas I've read the expressions are much stronger and on the point than in the anime. I caught myself numerous times getting goosebumbs while reading the manga at scenes that were strong in the anime but just intense in the manga. I give you the fight scenes though. They are just always better animated.

I'll go with Manga, since a large majority of Anime comes from Manga.

Lots of these Animes suffer from catching up to the manga and create filler content or long gaps in seasons.

Also many Anime suffer in quality compared to the manga they originated, be it animation style or quality / skipped content / censors.

Not to say all anime is bad. I still love some of the VA's out there and the setting / fights / characters in motion are quite a treat. It's just hard to compare to the manga from where it originates.

I can say Anime has a much better track record with adaptions from Visual Novels or when its original content though.

anime ofc just cuz naruto

Don't mind reading, just prefer Anime.

Manga version is always superior to the anime, Anime has too much filler, is too slow and has innecessary changes from the source material.

Manga lets you use your imagination to fill the movement between the panels and you can actually see the original art style and a good mangaka can transmit as much feeling throught a piece of paper as an overproduced anime show.

Anime - You get to actually see the visuals in action rather than a still shot, the soundtrack, and its in color! (There are times when you had to guess what the colors of characters clothes were that the creator had imagined)

This is tougher than I thought it'd be. Anime can convey a lot of emotions and do a better job of telling a story. That said, there are limitations in budget that lead to skipping over content whereas manga can spend extra time to embellish.

Manga.

One Piece manga is way better than anime... the anime is good but the manga give you another emotional adventure.

Both. I read lots of manga which will never see an anime version. And I used to watch lots of anime that made me want to read their manga counterpart, and I'm also a huge fan of japanese animation movies so it's very difficult to pick up side on this one.
