Not just slow growth either, it's rivalling iOS in several countries.
Could you not say the same for Android? Which given it already had much more of the market, is more impressive :p
I do hope Windows phone picks up more though, I really like the OS, but atm it just doesn't have the app support to make it worth switching.
I've been an owner of a windows phone 8 (lumia 920) for nearly half a year now.
It's definitely come a long way from windows phone 7 and the app support has been gaining great ground recently. Honestly, all the apps that I would want or need to use are already on there now and it doesn't hurt that the phone's os is slick and visually appealing.
And having Halo on the go is just the icing on the top.
Here's to hoping that siri-like Cortana project arrives with the next update.
Happy to see it's picking up steam. Android is killing IOS everywhere except Japan,
Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.

No because this is in MS discussion and I wanna talk about WP! :) Android is impressive, we all know that.
Fantastic results for a fantastic OS
I love my HTC 8x and looking forward to a lighter Lumia

I'm currently with a lumia 920 right now.
Wondering if I should go for a lighter or smaller lumia or go for that large 1520. But then there's the 1020 with it's impressive camera.
Oh well, I still have over a year to decide when my contract is up for renewal again...

If you wait a little more the Lumia segment should expand nicely :

Japan and US are the lands of iOS and seem to not have much room for WP
Maybe it's a matter of deals ? Could anyone confirm ?
