RPGs are virtually never at launch, at least not really good ones. From Software's Summoner and whatever the other game was called are the only launch RPGs to hit and that was on PS2. PS3 had a really crappy action RPG, forgot it's name. 

PS4 has DC Universe, which on a scale of RPGs to have at launch you could do far far far worse. Warframe is sorta MMORPG like with classes, levels, upgrades, Co-Op/Party based etc. 

Deep Down will be out sometime next year for PS4, as will The Witcher 3. Possible DA3:Inquisition

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
