No need to rush Mario Kart 8 by a month. They said spring and it would most likely be coming out in April. Now, if they were to delay it to fall. Then we start to panic.

If there isn't an announcement soon, then it will probably be delayed to Summer/Autumn.

Nintendo Directs typically focus more on the next game coming (which DK:TF). Hence, I would not expect a more specific announcement from Nintendo until February or March (there will most likely be little teases here and there). Super Mario 3D World was acutally compeleted ahead of schedule, and Mario Kart is not a praticularly difficult game to create, so I believe it will stay on schedule and be realased in Spring (April to June).

After rushing MK7, they should make up for it by taking as much time as needed to make MK8 the best game possible! Idk about yal but I'd rather wait for a great game than to immediately get a lesser one!

All in all, I don't think Mario Kart 7 was that bad. And just going by the trailers, Mario Kart 8 already tops it 10-fold-ish. I doubt they can do much else to make this game worse or on par with Mario Kart 7.

Of course MK7 isn't bad, infact I'd say it's the best in the series, but it's lacking in content and polish in some areas, basically it could of easily been better like I said. What they've shown of MK8 is certainly better, but they still haven't really shown much overall, which is making me a little worried. =[

New season of Sherlock airs on pbs in America tonight!

Wait, it hasn't aired yet? Series has already finished over here!

And with regards to MK8, I would rather wait a little longer and get a better, more complete game which doesn't have the buggy online than get it a few weeks earlier. We've been waiting for a year now, I think we can wait just a little longer.

For now, I guess we stick to MK7 online. Soon...

Oh, does anyone think they'll be another Nintendo Direct this week? I just have that feeling for one reason or another...

And finally, cast your votes in the GOTY tourney pretty much right now if you want it to be counted. I shall be totalling up soon!

That mystery house marathon is a huge trial-and-error test. Peach and Rosalina are too damn slow for some of the green stars, it's gonna be tough completing it with all characters.

I'm probably gonna do this level and Champion's Run with all characters first before gunning for the Fifth star, since I don't want to have to relearn all of the layouts all over again .

Been having a lot of fun with SM3DW, but alas, all good things come to an end sooner or later

It is the weakest game in the series since the first one. Atleast, the first one was the first one. So, people do cut some slack to it.

The problem with the first one was that it became a bit repetitive. AC III is simply boring.

Heck, I cared for Altair and Ezio. I even care about Desmond! But I don't even remember the name of the one in AC III.

Well, there's going to be something at the end of the month, a press release or something (a Nintendo Direct). And given that it's already the 20th, it'll be either this week or the next one.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

I personally didn't had that much trouble with the marathon house, I used Toad from the very beginning so I already got used to him, so that's probably why I didn't had that many issues.

Champions Road has been a complete pain in the ass, haven't beaten it yet. Might switch to Peach or Rosalina, but I want to do it with Toad just to keep the consistency

I've been doing the whole game with Peach, hence my current issues with that level. To be honest, it's only the Green Stars 10 and 19 that are hard with Peach (if you don't have a Cat suit) since she takes about 2/3 seconds to get full acceleration.

Last night I stopped at Green Star 25 because I didn't knew you could use the piranha plants to eat the fuzzies and it was already too late to try again. Probably gonna finish it up today with Peach and then with Rosalina.

Still have to give Champion's Road a try. I'm eager to see how it stacks up against The Perfect Run from SMG2
