Hm, that is odd. Maybe they're adopting a retro rendition of the character and want the sounds to match? Even then, I would think they'd touch them up a bit. Something's not right about that.

It's interesting how the Wii U version of Rodea looks darker than the Wii one. I wonder if they were going for a different time of day in the Wii U one. On another note, the Wii U one still looks terrible. the ground on the opening looks like something from an N64 game. Though, if the game is fun, that's what matters to me.

And the Rorona game for the 3DS looks really cute! I may buy it just for the cuteness, if it comes to the west that is.

Plently of the megaman tracks on smash are ripped from the NES games, this would't be new really.

Guys I played smash for the first time on wii u at my friends house yesterday! :) it's really fun but I have some questions. Is dark pit and lil Mac considered over powered in the community? Because they were the only ones I could easily beat him with. I'm not sure if they are just op characters, I was getting used to the game (I played them when we were doing our last few matches), or they just suit my game play style
