You included it in your PS4 list.  It's the new Yakuza coming to PS3/PS4 in 2014.  I was just saying it's wishful thinking, because I doubt it'll ever come to the west (so won't get scored on Metacritic :P)

If you are including PS4 games which are also on Vita/PS3 but not on any other console, then there's a whole raft of other ones I could name.  Depends how much effort you want to put in.  The majority of them, handily, have already been sorted out by some other peope on here:

They are considered 'late ports' and JayWood has decided not to include them for some unknown reason. Remakes like Wind Waker, do count, again for some unknown reason.

You may be asking "what is the difference between a late port and a remake?" and "Where do you draw a line between the two?". And to that, ¯(°_o)/¯
