Mario 64 first, new content (2 player mode), 30$ a pop.

Probably bullshit, but if true, what would be your 7 N64 games that you would want to see on Wii U?

Depends. A HD-ified Mario 64 ? Yes !

A Majoras Mask with improved geometry and or textures ? Yes !

Donkey Kong 64 with some of the bullshit cut out ? Yes

in fantasy land: Banjo Kazooie ? Hell yes !

Well it does sound like fanboy dribble but it also is kinda plausible. The WW HD remake didn't take a lot of time and Nintendo needs to get content out fast bc of lack of 3rd party support. I for one would welcome Super Mario 64 that looks like Super Mario 3D World or SMG HD.

Not totally impossible, might explain the laughable virtual console service?

Although other than Majora's Mask, is there a decent N64 game NOT made by Rare that hasn't already been remade?

It would be cool if they would just pull an Oracle of Seasons/Majoras Mask/ Super Mario Galaxy 2 and reuse all 3D World assets to rebuild 64 with some tweaks...one can dream... :-/

Some of the Acclaim stuff, Donkey Kong 64, some of the Konami games...not a lot though

DK was by Rare unfortunately and I'd be very surprised if we see Konami anything on Wii U.

Acclaim's IP's are owned by some company I've never heard of.

I'm just going through the list of N64 games on Wikipedia. One of my favourite consoles but Nintendo's first party output was abysmally sparse. What the hell were they doing?!

Comes from the Paul Gale Network that dropped the Metroid x Star Fox nonsense. So faaaaaaaaake.

Also it's not N64 games specified, just "Nintendo classics".

And of course Nintendo is likely going to go the "Wind Waker HD" route for other games in the future, I'd expect 1 or 2 retroized HD titles from Nintendo each year for next couple of years at least.

Wind Waker HD probably will make them a tidy sum of cash even if it only sells 500k LTD.

I think you could see Super Mario Galaxy 1/2 and/or Sunshine/64 next year.
