I just realized this comes out on my birthday!
In that case, I vote a somewhat optimistic 160k FW.
I would say given that the initial batch of units were sold out to preorders within hours, and the joint release of GE2, roughly 220K
I'm going say 150k because the Vita TV probably will sell more than the new model of the Vita since its a new product that no one owns yet.
I say 120-150k VitaTV Only...
