Ow wow.. Whats the price increase for a monitor equipped with this? Anything between 0 and 50 bucks is worth it for me..

ohhh... yes i know... but both (AMD and nVidia) are giving us info on new tech they are working on, related to games performance... and i am more hyped for what mantle could mean for PC gaming than this G-Sync...

After 2014 you will have only nVidia options for GPU + Monitor.

G-Sync is big.

I think 3rd party will eventually copy the idea and deliver it in different ways to use their custom chips to make similar technology available across all TVs and Monitors down the line, Nvidia is just the pioneer in this category is about it. Either way though, this is good for gaming since tearing annoys the shit out of me, now they just need to make a 40-inch version of this monitor and I'd be all over it. :D
