I expect some updates at launch, both systems will since the changes that have been made up to that point. They all seem to be crunching it at this point.

The console seems to be working as they are able to acces and navigate through the UI, so it's more likely a game bug problem.
But I agree that if someone could translate that, we would know for sure.

Yea, I agree. If the system is overheating usually everything is affected, while in this video the OS seems to work fine, so this should be a bug with the Knack demo they were playing.
French guy here.
They state that the PS4 is very hot ("i've never seen anything like that, it's hot enough for the winter") but point out it is in a confined space.
Concerning framerate issues, the man playing says it's a bug because the game's still in development. UI is still working so that does not come from the PS4 itself.
There you go.
An unfinished game on an unfinished console is crashing! A clear sign for heating issues, especially since the UI is still running smooth and without problems! It can't possibly be a bug in the game! PS4 broken confirmed, cancelling pre-order!
But just to let you know, even if the PS4 was a bad console (which it isn't) it wouldn't make the Xbox One any better. Undeniable proof that the PS4 sucks ass still wouldn't make me buy an Xbox. I would just buy nothing instead and keep playing Vita or something. :P
Really, it's getting tiring. Can't we just wait for the consoles to release until we hate on each other because of some stupid bullshit nobody cares about? "Oh, look, my console is more quiet than yours! I haz betta grfx, I haz a camera, have you seen Titanfall?"
A game crashing is hardly an issue at his point. Just get the console you prefer and be happy with it.
