I'm not going to try to defend this episode. The development felt kinda forced and I actually really disliked Beth when I usually at least tolerated her....

Yeah, same here.

Very throwaway episode.  Daryl had a good cry and Beth got drunk for the first time.  Big whoop.  Oh, and they probably started a forest fire.

Also, did anyone see Talking Dead afterwards?  God, that J.B. Smoove idiot was freak'n annoying.  Worst guest they've had since Marilyn Manson.

I started watching Talking Dead but I turned it off and watched Dragon Ball Z on my PS3 instead.  He was enbarrasing in his stupidity.  Trying too hard to be funny but he wasn't clever at all.  I couldn't tolerate it anymore.

Episode waw weak and seeing Daryl freak out at Beth like that wasn't a good thing.  Oh, and I saw Spurgeon Ryan on Nintendo TVii last night!

Nope. I didnt tune in to the other 3 aswell. I watched one episode and i was done.

Hell Yeah

I actually kind of liked this episode, I didn't think Beth and Daryl's interaction was forced or anything. Beth and Daryl is such an odd combination but I like how the 2 characters who clearly didn't like each other very much got to connect. I do agree though it is kind of a "throw away" episode sense nothing really significant happened (last episode could heave also been a throw away episode except Abraham and Glenn's 10 min part) but I thought it was a nice episode to get us to appreciate Beth better and to love Daryl even more.

           Survivor Millennial vs Gen X!!

Also did anyone else catch some of the stuff Beth was saying, with her conversation with Daryl she said something along the lines of him being "The last man standing" I think it was the writers putting in some foreshadowing or maybe it was just the moonshine talking. XP

That was just moonshine talk.

yuk last 4 since the return of season 4 were pretty weak with the exception of episode 46 "Claimed"

I think the problem is that they need a new director. I mean look at the video games. In the 400 Days DLC, they manage to tell several different stories and make you care for several different characters in the span of about 15 minutes each. All through creative storytelling that leaves a lot to the imagination. Right now, we have these straight forward point a-point b storylines that really don't seem to have a direction.

I like all of the survivors well enough but they need to take a page from the comics. As much as I love the series--especially 1 and 2--I have to admit that it's gotten stale. In an attempt to give their characters more personality, they're showing that there isn't really much substance there at all. Biggest letdown was Daryl's backstory. To quote Bart Simpson: "You know what would have been better than nothing? ANYTHING!."

Wait... what? You guys did not like this episode?

For me, it was the most interesting one in the season. Really nice development.

Okay, back on track! Good stuff now, and Bob and Shasha had really great development. Also, Daryl's story improved a lot ever since Beth got kidnapped (probably coincidental. :P)
