Wow I cant imagine taking my hand entirely off the controller and trying to fit it into such a tiny space only to have to expand my fingers to zoom. I dont see why they didnt make it bigger. its going to be hard for adults to use it with so little room.

Just use your two thumbs:

That seems even worse as my thumbs are on the analog sticks. I would lose complete control over my character while I fight to fit my thumbs in such a tiny space..

That blew your mind? Wow dude. It wasnt even a good idea.

It's no different than using any other button that forces you to let go of the analogue sticks. It is super easy dude. Unless you have issues pressing the d-pad, x, square, 0, triangle, start, select, or ps, you will be perfectly fine with the touchpad.

Except I only need one hand to touch the x square triangle buttons and can still use the analog not both dude. Not exactly mind blowing and you are not exactly thinking about it just blindly accepting it. Peace out. Dont feel like getting banned over someone that isnt thinking things clearly

I guess Sony gets zero credit for the Eyetoy, sixaxis, camera/controller trackball compatibility (not infrared sensors like the Wii), PSN Plus, controller touch pad, using pixar method in the games development opposed to Nintendo learning from Disney and the list goes on and on. Nintendo has done many things and Sony copied them and admitted it, but when Sony does something good, they get ZERO credit for it. People still think the Kinect was the first of its kind.

How am I suppose to select things now?

"Games are a trigger for adults to again become primitive, primal, as a way of thinking and remembering. An adult is a child who has more ethics and morals, that's all. When I am a child, creating, I am not creating a game. I am in the game. The game is not for children, it is for me. It is for an adult who still has a character of a child."

Options dude. Start is technically just the options button. He X button is generally used for most of the things the start button used to do in the past such as page progression.

So I select start to start selecting? Now I'm really confused...

So options are the new start.  Start is the new select.  And select is the new T Rex. Extinct!

At least it's not as bad as the 3DS. On that they just took select and made it a duplicate start button without telling anyone.
