This is the first game in the series the vita version thats coming out is the third. They probably did this to promote that game.

Neptunia games get horrible reviews, and yet the games are crazy fun =D

I find myself enjoying a "mixed reviews" game much more than most 90+ games. Armored Core over Uncharted any day :D
