Here are my top 5, but in no particular order.

1) Home Made -from scratch- American style Tacos.
(this means seasoned meat, cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, sour cream, on a lightly fried flour tortilla)

2) Spicy chicken and sausage Gumbo on a plate of white rice.

3) Pho with tenderloin, beef meatball and scallops spiced with Sriracha hot sauce and hoisin sauce. Add a side of Vietnamese/Hmong egg rolls and a side of Spring rolls.

4) Chicago Style deep dish pizza with sausage, pepperoni, hamburger, canadian bacon, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions with Feta and Mozzarella cheese. Add a side of super spicy boneless wings with blue cheese dipping suace.

5) My wife's homemade -from scratch- spicy jalapeno chili paired with homemade -from scratch- corn bread.

Honorable breakfast food mentions.
*1) Matzo Brie, heavily buttered and lightly salted.
*2) Spicy eggs benedict made with chorizo sausage instead of ham with a spicily made hollondaise sauce paired with hash-browns, pancakes and a good cup of joe on the side.

Why thank you kindly sir, I rather like to think of myself as having a discerning pallete. I also strive to try as many different foods as possible since there are so many amazing dishes out in the world, it would truly be a shame to miss out on any.

Yup, that's certainly a way to live by. I personally am a huge fan of Thai/Indonesian and South European (very generalized, I know^^) cuisine, now that I actually make some money I plan to spend my holidays each year travelling to each country and just ingest as much different food in 1-2 weeks as I can :D
