Girlfriends are overrated! And they can really ruin friendships . I had my friends girlfriend hit on me and it didn't end well with my friend.

About your familiy asking... don't mind them! You will get your girl in the future . There is plenty of time

You could always get a boyfriend! ... just sayin'...

Don't think of it really. Just be you and things will fall in place in time. Enjoy the comforts of being single while you still have them, like being able to afford video games lol I lost those when I went into my relationship.

Girls are truly unpredictable, and doing 'nice things' doesn't = getting their attention. Sadly, I've been much more successful in those endeavors when I am an asshole than when I am nice. Nice in the early stages often put my in the friend zone, while being detached (or as I pointed out before being an asshole) landed me the digits and their interest. I'm not suggesting you should do this though as some may not respond well to what this, and that's what makes girls difficult. I will tell you to be confident and show that quality. If you lack that quality and come off weak then it is hard to make any form of progress. A female friend of mine claims that's part of the reason why girls have a 'bad boy' phase. It's not that they like bad boys, but these guys tend to have a lot of confidence and some form of direction while the nerds tend to fumble and project shyness.

Looks are helpful, but they are not the end all be all. Work with your best qualities. There are other things women find attractive in men. They claim not to be as superficial as us, and on some levels that's true. For instance, a friend of mine from university is far from good looking, and I mean far. This man has landed over 200 women in my country alone (I kid you not), and he has also spent a lot of time in the UK, other parts of Europe and Africa, so I am sure he racked up MUCH more numbers there. That boy is all confidence and he's a very unique individual, so women often find that attractive, and this shows since they tend not to think of his facial features.

Just start working out, and looking good, and be a jerk. I'm being serious. It's very unlikely that a guy who looks like a gamer will get a 10/10 girl (contrary to what those "gamergirl" comics say otherwise).

Here's my advice, learn to be comfortable alone so you don't feel compelled to be with someone. I see people who "have" to be in a relationship and it leads to them being miserable often. If you are content being alone you can walk away from bad relationships and a good relationship feels like a great addition.

Honestly years ago I gave up on dating and spent a year or so single and I swear it was when I stopped forcing it or trying that I found "the one" and have been so happy since.

Gooch .... this here is quality advice from Sir Augen. Listen well. I could not agree more with his sentiments, especially the first part. You don't want to fall in that trap.

That will get you a girl that you just "hit and run", not the type of person you want to start a family with lol.
