#9: Call Of Duty

I already expect to get a ton of slack over this making my list but I find it to be very entertaining. I don't like anything about the game besides for Zombies but it is is just simple fun. It's enough to make it #9

#8: Wii Series

The Wii series was one of the most innovative things I've ever seen in gaming. It was fun, and had a very laid back feel to it. When I got my Wii, I thought I would play Super Paper Mario most but to my surprise, Wii Sports took up hours of my gaming time. It was awesome, and while less exciting now, it still is.

I voted for Mario but I would say my 10 favorite franchises (in no particular order) are:

1. Super Mario series (includes Kart, Sports, 2D, 3D, Puzzle, RPG)
2. Final Fantasy
3. Pokemon
4. Kirby
5. The Legend of Zelda
6. Grand Theft Auto
7. Devil May Cry
8. Resident Evil
9. Tales Of (Namco)
10. The Mana Series (Squareenix)

I'm surprised to see this list considering the NES / SNES is your favorite system ever. Half the list came out after that time.

#7: LittleBigPlanet: The 2nd most innovative thing from the last gen behind the Wii series. The games were different and allowed you to take full control.

#6: Pikmin: While Pikmin 2 is one of my favorite games of all time, I can't put the series in the Top 5 because of its lack of more than 2 games and fun multiplayer.

Sorry, posting pics is difficult on my iPad.

Well to be fair, #1, #2, #4, #5, #9 and #10 had a game that came out on the SNES ;p.

I decided to put NES and SNES together just like the PSX/PS2 because I didnt have a NES or a PSX but I did play games (NES at my cousin's house) and PS2 b/c with PSX games.

Which is why NES/SNES and PSX/PS2 are my #1 and #2 *-*!

Did you just not play games then or did you have a Genesis?

#5) Mario: Mario has a wide variety of awesome games ranging from platformer to racing and party. Note that this also includes the awesome Paper Mario & Luigi's Mansion.

#4) Super Smash Bros: This is the #1 multiplayer series around. I don't think you can get any better when it comes to multiplayer. It is only ranked at #4 because if you have nobody to play with, it gets board quickly.

#3) Pokemon: The 1st 2 generations are some of my favorite games of all time. They are addicting and forces you to keep playing. With that said, the series has gone down a bit recently but X & Y looks to possibly change that! (Pikachu is one of the best game characters around)

#2) Animal Crossing: This series was always pretty well done to me but it wasn't until New Leaf that it shot up my list. Without NL, it'd probably be #5 or #6 for me but New Leaf just takes the series to the next level. There is just so much that can be done it's ridiculous. Might be my favorite series one day.

#1) Resident Evil: While the series has recently taken a turn for the worse, I can't help but rank it #1 on my list. It will likely fall as new games release but for now it has made enough of an impression to lead the pack. The 1st 3 games are all in my Top 10 games of all time for their atmosphere, story, and gameplay.

I will conclude my VGC time by posting my Top 10 VGC members! I don't know if I'll post them here or in the other thread yet. Will do it a few hours from now.

Stay tuned!

I had another group of cousins who had a Sega Genesis.

But I never really owned a Sega system before.

Hmm I should of added it still though XD. Although it had some great games (only a few though I liked) but I would probably put it somewhere around the Wii/GCN and GBC/GB area ;x.

Anyways my favorite games on the Sega Genesis were

-Shining Force 1
-Shining Force 2
-Streets of Rage 1, 2 and 3
-Sonic the hedgehog 1, 2, 3, & Knuckles

What was your 1st system?

Time to post my Top 10 most memorable members on here before I go! It was extremely difficult picking only 10 of you which reminded me how great of a site this was / is. Lets begin:

[#10]

I like Bacon

Although he doesn't post anymore, I still remember him as a great member of the site. Not only did we have good gaming conversations but ones about life in general too. (Hopefully he sees this and will reply)

Wait wait wait, Cold Flipper and Sound of Rain are the same user? Well, I never!

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.
