Is there a good reason why PSP is selling so well in Europe

Best handheld in the market.

Great library of games + low price.

Well, maybe is better get this PSP than those "portable systems" used for emulation. I mean, you can emulate a lot of things on PSP, so...

I really do not get it. Nintendo showed us that PSP was doing equal than Wii and Wii U in Europe. Now, we have PSP doubling the numbers, without a reason.
The Europe numbers in general don`t match to me. 3DS > PS3 by a good amount (according to Nintendo - since april), and in vgchartz is the opposite.

Fanatismo não leva a nada, apenas a colecionar antipatias.

Collection: Telejogo Ford-Philco, Dactar, TV Game 2600, Master System (2x), Master System Portable, NES, Dynavision 3, Mega Drive 3 (2x - Tectoy and Show Do Milhao Edition), Genesis 3, Genesis Arcade Motion, MD Play, SNES (2x), Super Famicom, Neo Geo CD, 3DO, Saturn, Playstation, Nintendo 64 (2x), Dreamcast, Playstation 2, Game Cube, Xbox, Zeebo, Playstation 3, Xbox 360 (Kinect Bundle), Wii (2x - White and Red), Game Boy Pocket, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, DS Lite, 3DS, Vita, Wii U, Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Around 800 games. Preferred Generation: 16 bits.

Hmm. The Wii U has now shown stable growth for four successive weeks, and I can't even think of a major title launch in that time.

The Last of Us is selling incredibly well. Best selling title of June + July?

We only got to enjoy like one day of the front page saying Vita > 50k. Boo. Oh well, until the next release!

I don't really have much else to say though really. Wii-U up a bit which is good; PS3 still going strong. I see VGC have decided that TLOU is doing better than AC in the USA for the time being, despite thinking differently for the start of last week.

If those numbers are correct for Project X Zone too, then it's doing much better than I expected. But I'm holding off until NPD to see how it's really done. Same with Muramasa really, I reckon the stock issues have interfered with the tracking here.

I see Jak Collection (PS3) tumbled out of the chart this week too, further adding fuel to the fire that they were just adding the Vita sales to the PS3 version. Le sigh.

Again, the Wii U sees a minor boost out of nowhere. Next week should see a sizable jump, due to Pikmin in Japan. After that, I doubt we will see it regularly below the Vita again (which I guess is a minor victory).

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.
