You'd be surprised how much it's being talked about here, and a LOT of people know what's it about and people who didn't are learning from other people talking about it.
To be honest, it's a brilliant way of advertising, I'm just wondering when did they place these things everywhere.

What area are these signs? I've never seen them.
That's kinda sad. Rockstar shouldn't have to reduce themselves to putting stickers around on stuff.
I have about a dozen of Rockstar stickers.
I got them during Gamescom a few years ago. There was a guy who filled his backpack with stickers, therefore it could be that some dude from Detroit got them from E3 and not necessarily that it's a marketing campaign.
