For those of you that know about the internals of CPUs and that kind of stuff, this leaked slides may be of interest:

AMD Ryzen Die Shot and Caches Shown at ISSCC

http://www.guru3d.com/news-story/amd-ryzen-die-shot-and-caches-shown-at-icc.html

A number of slides have been shown at ISSCC (International Solid-State Circuits Conference) earlier this month, that info likely needed to remain private, but a Japanese website has released three slides and accompanying information which also shows some die shots and (Ry)zen architecture.

Still not happy with how AMD has partitioned the cache. Certainly trying to save money there.

On the bright side, they did rectify the shortcomings of Bulldozers cache hierachy.

Electronic Arts has released a new gameplay trailer for Mass Effect: Andromeda, in which we get to learn all about the game’s combat mechanics. http://www.pcgamer.com/dawn-of-war-3-prophecy-of-war-trailer-sets-the-stage-for-a-grand-rts-conflict/
The description of the new Dawn of War 3 trailer makes the conflict out to be a little more serious than your average watering-hole disagreement: "It’s a race to the pointy stikk as Gabriel Angelos, Farseer Macha, and Gorgutz ‘Ead’unter command their massive armies in a search for a mythical weapon that can control the fate of their races! With the Space Marines, Eldar, and Orks all hunting for the same treasure, there’s only one thing they’re certain to find—war."

WORLD OF DARKNESS PRELUDES TELLS INTERACTIVE TALES OF VAMPIRES AND MAGES
http://www.pcgamer.com/world-of-darkness-preludes-tells-interactive-tales-of-vampires-and-mages/
The World of Darkness is showing more signs of life, but much like the recent announcement of a new game based on Werewolf: The Apocalypse in the works at Cyanide, it's coming from unexpected direction. World of Darkness Preludes: Vampire and Mage, released on Steam yesterday, is actually a bundle of two pieces of interactive fiction that tells its tales entirely through an exchange of mobile messages.

TWO NEW SCREENSHOTS FOR FINAL FANTASY 7 REMAKE RELEASED
http://www.dsogaming.com/screenshot-news/two-new-screenshots-for-final-fantasy-7-remake-released/
The official Twitter account for Final Fantasy has revealed two brand new screenshots for Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Final Fantasy 7 Remake is rumoured to be coming to the PC, which is why we’re sharing these new screenshots. These new screenshots showcase the game’s real-time combat system that will be inspired by Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts, and according to director Tetsuya Nomura, the environments will be partly destructible.

>>There's not one, but two threads about this screenshots, and both also talk about another game without importance that won't launch on PC. One of the threads is made by think-man, and the other another is made one by LivingMetal.

KONA, THE SNOWY SUPERNATURAL MYSTERY SET IN CANADA'S NORTH, IS COMING IN MARCH
http://www.pcgamer.com/kona-the-snowy-supernatural-mystery-set-in-northern-canada-is-coming-in-march/
As a Canadian, I am contractually obligated to like Kona, the snowy supernatural mystery that debuted on Steam Early Access in March of last year. Fortunately, I actually do think it looks potentially quite good, or at least very interesting, and I'm really looking forward to giving it a proper go when it launches in full on, as developer Parabole revealed today, March 17.

HALO WARS 2’S OFFICIAL REQUIREMENTS LEAK NVIDIA’S UNANNOUNCED GPU, THE GEFORCE GTX1080Ti
http://www.dsogaming.com/news/halo-wars-2-official-requirements-leaks-nvidias-new-gpu-the-geforce-gtx1080ti/
By this time, we all pretty much know that NVIDIA will shortly release the GeForce GTX1080Ti. And while the green team has not officially announced anything yet, a lot of people believe that it will reveal (and perhaps release) this GPU during a GeForce event at this year’s GDC 2017. And…. well… we now know for a fact that the GeForce GTX1080Ti is real, as the official packshot of Halo Wars 2’s retail version has revealed/leaked this brand new unannounced graphics card.

>>They have to be kidding. Even if it's Ultra, you can't list the GTX 1080Ti along AMD's Fury X. I know both of them will be the top card of each manufacturer, but they are/will be worlds apart in terms of performance. Given that the 1080@60 requirements list a 1060, they should have put the GTX 1080.

FINAL FANTASY XIV: STORMBLOOD TO ADD SAMURAI CLASS
http://www.pcgamer.com/final-fantasy-xiv-stormblood-to-add-samurai-class/
We told you everything we knew about Final Fantasy 14's upcoming Stormblood expansion, but one thing we didn't know at the time was the nature of its second new job. Oh you'll be able to don your finest crimson garb and gad about as a Red Mage (they can use white and black magic, meaning they should really be called Grey Mages), but what else? I'll tell you what else, because Square Enix has just announced it: the second and final job to be added as part of Stormblood is...the Samurai, who sounds pretty damned cool if you ask me.

Street Fighter V's next character is an ice-powered Illuminati lady named Kolin. She's appeared in the series prior to this—in Street Fighter III and V's story mode—but only as a non-playable character. You can check out how the character will fit into Street Fighter V in the video breakdown above.

BETHESDA HAS THREE NEW PROJECTS IN THE WORKS
http://www.pcgamer.com/bethesda-has-three-new-projects-in-the-works/
It's time to fire up the speculograph and attempt to divine Bethesda's future, as executive producer Todd Howard has revealed that the company has three unannounced projects in the works. When asked by Glixel what Bethesda had in the pipeline, aside from Fallout 4 VR and the Nintendo Switch version of Skyrim, Howard said that two of the games were "classically" Bethesda, but on an even larger scale than their previous titles, while the third was a mobile game—something like Fallout Shelter.

BUCKET DETECTIVE IS A DISTURBING HORROR COMEDY IN THE STANLEY PARABLE STYLE
http://www.pcgamer.com/bucket-detective-is-a-disturbing-horror-comedy-in-the-stanley-parable-style/
I've just finished Bucket Detective, a disturbing, gross, and occasionally pretty funny first-person adventure from Jesse Barksdale, creator of the similarly dark and comedic freebie The Static Speaks My Name. It's a bit like The Stanley Parable or Dr. Langeskov, in that it's a short first-person game with multiple endings and plenty of things to interact with (including limb-severing machines). There's no in-game narrator, but there is a well-delivered audio tour, along with an optional director's commentary by Barksdale himself.

SHOVEL KNIGHT: SPECTER OF TORMENT IS COMING IN APRIL
http://www.pcgamer.com/shovel-knight-specter-of-torment-is-coming-in-april/
Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment is the latest in an ongoing series of post-launch campaigns for the very beautiful and very fun platformer. Announced last month as part of a (rather confusing) re-structure of how DLC will be doled out for the game, Yacht Club Games has announced that Specter of Torment will release in April – though it'll most likely release first for the Nintendo Switch next month.

http://www.pcgamer.com/pillars-of-eternity-2s-overhauled-weather-system-will-affect-player-status-and-npc-routines/
Pillars of Eternity 2's runaway Fig campaign currently stands at over $3 million—well over two and half times its original $1.1 million ask. As such, it's roaring past its predetermined stretch goals at pace and hopes to hit its next target, sidekicks, before its funding period wraps up in four days time.

CONAN EXILES' NEW REGION LOCK HAS PREVENTED SOME REGIONS FROM PLAYING ON OFFICIAL SERVERS [UPDATED]
http://www.pcgamer.com/conan-exiles-new-region-lock-has-prevented-some-regions-from-playing-on-official-servers/
If you're one of the people playing and/or shaking your character's genitals in Conan Exiles, then you may notice you can't log into your usual server anymore. That's because developer Funcom has decided to lock the official servers to specific regions. While the studio hopes this will put an end to a specific type of griefing, the region lock has prevented players in Asia, South America, and Russia from playing the game on official servers at all.
Update: Funcom contacted us this morning with a correction on our story: "The region lock does not affect Russia and South America. It just means that players from Asia can't play on official North American or European servers, but official servers in Asia will be introduced this week. Players anywhere can still of course play on the thousands of private servers which are available."

>>Well done, Funcom! Locking servers without having the new ones ready and pissing off your users is the best way to promote your new game.

GRIM DAWN'S NEW ILLUSIONIST NPC WILL LET YOU CHANGE YOUR LOOK—FOR A PRICE
http://www.pcgamer.com/grim-dawns-new-illusionist-npc-will-let-you-change-your-lookfor-a-price/
It's the age-old bane of RPGers everywhere: You discover a new piece of armor that's incredibly powerful, perfect for your class—and ugly as sin. It's too good not to wear, but you hesitate anyway because, let's be honest, you look like an absolute clown in that thing. To help alleviate your sartorial shame in the action-RPG Grim Dawn, Crate Entertainment has announced that it will add a new "Service NPC" in the upcoming expansion who will, for a price, make your gear just as pretty as you want it.

Includes Civ 3+4, 5+DLC and Beyond Earth +DLC.

Neat. I bought it for $7 since I don't care for Beyond Earth. That's Civ 3-5 with all DLCs for 7 fucking bucks. On the Steam store this would be around 70.

For the saved money I could buy a copy of Horizon and burn it in front of certain individuals.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Good bundle but I already have Civ V Complete and don't care that much for the rest. And the 20% off of Civ VI is good, but I'll wait for 2K to launch another complete edition.
