I was thinking about doing that too, but the brazilian Sony store offered pre-orders with multiple language dubs (they added brazilian portuguese, which is my native language), which I think will be fun to play the games multiple times, so I have pre-ordered mine. I intend to do every playthrough in a diferent language.

And it was worthy it, because they delivered to me at 06/14, 8 in the morning. 

Something no one is talking: it is gory as hell, I saw some dudes intestins coming out of his belly, a monster rip my jaw off my face in a game over animation, there are missing limbs everywhere. It is very graphic and it WORKS, because it makes sense in the world of the game.

I wonder how many was shipped? Cause I have a few friends looking for a copy right now and it's sold out everywhere!

Outside of some very disappointing AI (Hard Mode Playthrough), I'm loving the game so far. Can't wait to unlock Survivor playthrough.

For a new ip 1.5m first week is extremely unlikely no matter the reviews. It all comes down to its legs now.

Well shit, if this is accurate then I'm impressed. The pre-orders made me think it'd come short of 1m week one, turns out it'll come close to UC3 at 1.35m & GoW3 at 1.4m (please fix ioi) which is almost unbelievable. See Sony, when you make an effort with advertisement & media coverage your games sell very well, well the immense word of mouth due to the game being critically acclaimed probably helped too! :P

This game deserves all it's success, I'm halfway through and it's one of the best games I've played
