Gamestop wouldn't want to deal with the backlash of people learning they can't loan games etc. So they have to be educating their customers and the idea of saying "sorry maam you can't loan games" is just so stomach churning that MS didn't even have the balls to say it at E3.

But Gamestop can say "Oh but PS4 can...".

And boom, Sony is just being fed new customers.

I'm saw this coming. It's in Gamestop's best interest to steer consumers away from the Xbox One. There are three next generation consoles. One restricts used games, two do not, if you are Gamestop which would you try to sell?

now we will see two big kiosk for ps4 and wii u.... and a little stool for xbox1?

I agree  , Ithink their approach regarding Xbone will be softly softly does it,nothing to overt especially early since they don't yet have a handle on what impact if any it will have on their bottom line and can put it down to just the usual shop floor practice of employees helping customers make the right decision on the console that best fits their gaming needs .

Another thing to consider is they don't have to go out all anti MS , they would gain nothing tangible anyway, all they have to do is play on gamers fears about losing ownership of their goods.

Good, they need to point people in the direction of a real games console. Sony deserves your gaming support this gen.

Well as it is GameStop is on its last leg. Most financial experts have been expecting it to fold in the next couple of years, between digital distribution and the mega stores GameStop is an after thought.
