I got Jiggs on my fourth run through Classic @ 5.0 intensity after I got Falco, Ness, and Dark Pit, so it definitely doesn't require 18 run-throughs. Didn't use a custom character either. Not sure how she actually unlocks, people are saying a bunch of different things when it comes to her.

Thoughts on the game: it's fun so far, I like the changes that were made to the characters for the most part (Lucario and Link in particular). The 3DS is still not a good way to play Smash seriously. I'm having a really hard time nailing tilts with the Circle Pad. Also, not a huge fan of Smash Run. Good concept on paper, kinda poor in practice IMO.
