No, they just won't. They're still over 200 million behind, so they'd need two generations like the PS2 in order to draw level, assuming we don't include handhelds (and why wouldn't you?)
Ofcourse, there's the possibility that none of the big three will ever reach one billion, because the market just collapses in on itself before then.
