Actually, let me just post the updates for the 360 and PSP here, so people don't have to go back to the OP.  Again, those are the only ones that seem off to me.  All others seem to be in the ballpark of reality, now.

360 - Update: VGC now shows 76.64M sold.  This puts 560K on shelves.  I feel this is slightly overtracked, now, by a few 100K.  I would imagine that in March, with sales slowing, but still coming off the holidays, MS would have at least ~800K-900K in the supply chain.  Still, much better than the ~1M undertracking.

Edit:  Made a mistake on the Vita/PSP numbers.  Completely forgot that Vita shipped 1.8M units in FY2011.  So, the PSP could have shipped 3M and the Vita/PSP  numbers would still be correct.
