BAMCO Knows that western especialy Europians are Hardcore fan of Shonen jump animes, Naruto storm 2 and 3 was a huge success in EU in comparaison to japan.

Yeah you would think a game like this would be localized instead of all of the freaking one piece and naruto games coming out all the time, seriously the new OP game looks awful why cant we have this instead. Guess licencing could be an issue though

The rough translation is 1 point = 1,000 sales.

Technically, 1 point = 1 pre-order at a COMG store.  It just happens that a 1:1,000 ratio is the average.   If the game is super hyped, the actuals sales will be less than the average ratio.  If the game is largely unknown, the actual sales could be higher than the average ratio.
